Dutch Ambassador Joins Advisory Council

Her Excellency Mrs. R. Jones-Bos, the Dutch Ambassador to the United States has joined the Weidner Foundation Advisory Board. 

In a March meeting with Dr. Lilya Wagner, a Weidner Foundation Board member, the Ambassador was briefed on John Weidner’s service to the Netherlands, the Foundation’s archive project, the Dutch-Paris book project, the growing number of Weidner Chapters at colleges and universities, the Foundation’s mission, and the Ambassador’s role as an advisor.

Initial contact with the Ambassador was arranged by Dr. Willy Hijmans, a Dutch-Paris line member living in Aerdenhout, Netherlands.
